Going to bed early?

Tips on how to raise your GPA at school
(Heard on the John Tesh Radio Show):

1. Where your socks and/or mittons when you sleep.
-Forget the reason he gave me ...

2. Dont watch TV or get on the Computer 30 minutes before you go to sleep.
-The glow of the screen reminds your body of the sun and your body tries to stay awake longer ...

3. Dont eat any food 2 hours before you go to bed.

-Obvious reasons ...

Remember that your body needs 9 hours of sleep when you between the ages of 11 - 17.

Hope this helps you raise your LOW GPA!!

  1. John Tesh helps YOU be "the smartest person in the room" because everybody leaves. They can't stand people who are just that smart. :)

Hope your GPA improves, buddy, but whyyy would you wear your mittens when you go to sleep?? I think someone is pulling your leg on that one.
